The ILH Interaction Cosmos: Regional, National and International Outreach

The ILH Interaction Cosmos illustrates the extensive network of collaborations maintained by the Interdisciplinary Institute for Lung Health (ILH). This visualization highlights how the ILH functions as a central hub, actively engaging with research partners on regional, national, and international levels.

At the heart of the network lies the ILH itself, closely linked with local consortia such as UGMLC, the Hessen Lung Academy, MBML, and CPI. It also connects to national institutions through the German Center for Lung Research (DZL), including the sites ARCN, BREATH, UGMLC, TLRC and CPC-M.

On the global level, the ILH maintains collaborations with international partners such as ILH-India/IIT Hyderabad, ILH-Argentina/IBIOBA, PVRI/GoDeep, and eurILDreg. The network is further supported by key institutions across Hesse, including Justus Liebig University Giessen (JLU), the Max Planck Institute for Heart and Lung Research (MPI-HLR), Philipps University Marburg (PUM), and Goethe University Frankfurt (GUF).

This diagram not only represents existing partnerships but also emphasizes the integrative role of the ILH in linking high-impact translational research and global knowledge exchange.
