Scientific abstracts can now be submitted for the Annual Congress of the German Respiratory Society (DGP), taking place from March 18 to 21, 2026, in Munich. Accepted abstracts will be included in the congress program as posters, e-posters, or oral presentations and will be published in a special issue of the journal Pneumologie (impact factor 1.2). The best abstracts will be selected by an independent jury for abstract awards of up to €1,500 and will be presented on stage during a symposium in the DGP Lounge.

The German Lung Foundation (Deutsche Lungenstiftung e. V.) presents the 29th German Dissertation Award in Pulmonology to support early-career scientists. The award honors the best clinical and the best experimental dissertation in the entire field of pulmonology.
