Leveraging ILH Research

The ILH aims to profit from Honorary “Liebig” Professorship Program of the JLU. Internationally renowned lung scientist, working in fields of interest for the ILH, will be offered temporary (up to 5 years) part-time professorships at the JLU, equipped with lab facilities and a research group at the Institute for Lung Health. We expect substantial leveraging of the ILH lung research portfolio by this procedure, and, in addition, fosterage of long-term international networking of the ILH.
